Renovations
We conducted and managed the architectural planning for Bayside Hideaway. A seasoned and licensed architect completed the plan. We also managed a local team of skilled trades people who completed the work.
Home Staging
All the finishes and furnishings in the photos for Bayside Hideaway were chosen by us. We would love to work with you on helping make your property look and feel how you want!

Property Management
Property management includes ensuring that your property has the maintenance and service teams needed when they are needed. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cleaning, etc.
We can provide a great team and we can help you manage that team, or you can manage the team. That’s up to you!
Booking Administration
Maintaining a vacation rental requires regular booking administration. The online systems available to do this are complex.
We can manage your bookings and keep you apprised, or we can help you set up a management system that you can manage yourself.

Website Development
We don’t claim to be experts in this, but we developed this site ourselves. We can get you started with something simple like this, and we can do it quickly!
Also, if we feel its not a job for us we’ll let you know and may be able to refer you to another resource that will suit your needs.
Marketing
Letting people know about the great place you have to offer is an important piece of the puzzle!
We are doing our own marketing. We are not experts in this at the moment but for minimal cost we can share with you and apply what we’ve learned to help generate interest and income for you!
Whatever we can’t do we will do our best to help find you a suitable resource.
